"I used to have State Farm years ago. I switched coverages when my insurance when up. I had Progressive for the last year and a half. Progressive was offering $30 less a month with basic coverage. I received a call from Trae at State Farm last week and we chatted for a bit. We went over some coverages and I realized that I could get better coverage with State Farm. It felt right to switch after we chatted. He sent an email and I was offered full coverage with renters plus car rental insurance etc. Trae was patient with me and totally honest. I never had an insurance company call me wanting me as a customer. I felt pretty special. Trae sent me some policies with renters and without via email so I could go over everything then make a decision. I'm happy to be back with State Farm, thanks Trae. Happy customer."

"I tried requesting a quote online but the link would not work. I called the office and gave my information and was put on hold for an extended period of time until I asked if I could continue the conversation via email. After additional exchanges via email, I was then told I would be contacted by a different person from the office. At this point, I was wondering why the office was rated well at all:( That is until I talked to Margaret Newcomb! Margaret was friendly and engaging and took the time to talk to me about the area and my insurance needs. I went back to check the reviews and for the most part, the positive reviews come from people interacting with Margaret. I would recommend this office solely to speak with Margaret as she is a joy to interact with. The office is so lucky to have her! "I have been with Cindy's office for over 30 years. She and her staff are AMAZING!!!!! Even when I've had any issues, they have always been there for me and got things right. "Very friendly and professional service but they do not ever answer the phone and do not have voicemail. Many technical errors with missing insurance cards in app, wrong autopay credit card allocation, unexplained bills. Cindy Shumaker is MIA, have never talked to her. Office staff are great WHEN I can reach them, often only by physically visiting the office. I cannot recommend this State Farm."

"You rarely get a response when you use the email that is listed in this app to contact them. When you call it will often send you to the 800 number because no one in the office picks up whatever you do get someone in the office they seem flabbergasted that you’re wondering why no one is responding to the email yet they still never respond to the emails. I had issues adding a second car to my account. I had issues taking that car off of my account I tried to close my homeowners insurance and open a new policy and I had issues with that. They wanted me to tell them how much to insure my condo for because they didn’t have an estimator that could do it Evidently They couldn’t tell me when my car insurance was paid up through or my account numbers they wanted me to get all of that in writing for them to close accounts. It was the most frustrating experience working with them for the past two or three years. I never had to file any claims. Maybe they’re better when it is time for that, but I can’t imagine wanting to work with them after how hard it has been to communicate very simple things."
